Healthcare Assistant – £12.50 per hour | Day & Night Rotating Shifts

Our client, a well-established and values-led care provider, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home for older adults. This is a permanent role working a rotation of day and night shifts, offering variety, growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support residents with everyday activities, provide emotional and physical care, and work closely with colleagues to maintain the home’s high standards of support and dignity.

What You’ll Need:

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting
• A caring, respectful, and reliable nature
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting older adults to live with dignity and joy
