Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) – £13.50 per hour | Luxury Care Home | Paid Breaks & Development Opportunities

 

Our client, a respected and compassionate provider of high-quality care for older adults, is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join their dedicated team at a luxury care home. The service offers a warm, supportive environment where every resident is treated with dignity and respect. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a key role during night shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and leading by example in supporting both residents and team members.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or in a similar senior care role
  • A kind, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of older adults

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of care staff during night shifts
  • Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and complete care documentation accurately
  • Respond to residents’ needs promptly and compassionately
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
