As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a key role during night shifts, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and leading by example in supporting both residents and team members.
What You’ll Need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Proven experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or in a similar senior care role
- A kind, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of older adults

- Lead and support a team of care staff during night shifts
