Senior Healthcare Assistant | £25,000 | 33 Hours Per Week | Day or Night Shifts

The Senior Healthcare Assistant will play a vital role in leading by example, delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and supporting the wider care team to ensure residents feel safe, respected and at home. Set in a lovingly restored building that retains its original charm, the service provides residential and dementia care in a warm and relaxed environment.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience with care planning and documentation
- A kind, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- Confidence in supporting others and using initiative
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of older people

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, compassionate care tailored to residents’ individual needs
- Assist with care planning, documentation and daily record-keeping
- Mentor and support junior care staff, promoting best practices at all times
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
- Help create a homely, respectful and engaging environment for residents
