Nursery Manager – Up to £37,000 | Full-Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a warm and welcoming nursery setting where children thrive and staff feel truly valued.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality early years provision in a caring and homely setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years education and care
• Maintain and exceed regulatory standards, including achieving and sustaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
• Effectively manage budgets, staffing, and resources
• Support staff development through mentoring, supervision, and ongoing training
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and in line with EYFS guidance
