Nursery Manager – Up to £37,000 | Full-Time
Our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a warm and welcoming nursery setting where children thrive and staff feel truly valued.

What You’ll Need
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager with a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality early years provision in a caring and homely setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years education and care
- Maintain and exceed regulatory standards, including achieving and sustaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive culture
- Effectively manage budgets, staffing, and resources
- Support staff development through mentoring, supervision, and ongoing training
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and in line with EYFS guidance
