Salary: Up to £65,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for a Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. If you’re passionate about driving standards, achieving excellent CQC ratings, and inspiring teams, this could be your next big opportunity.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin (essential)
  • A strong track record as a Registered Home Manager, with experience in turning around services and achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC inspection results
  • In-depth understanding of health and social care regulations, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Financial and operational acumen, including budget management and resource planning
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of elderly care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, compassionate leadership to the care and nursing teams
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care that meets individual needs
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, rotas, and financial performance
  • Lead on recruitment, training, and staff development to build a motivated, high-performing team
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders to enhance the home's community reputation
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans, audits, and risk assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across all areas of the service
