What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin (essential)
- A strong track record as a Registered Home Manager, with experience in turning around services and achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC inspection results
- In-depth understanding of health and social care regulations, safeguarding, and compliance
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Financial and operational acumen, including budget management and resource planning
- Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of elderly care

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, compassionate leadership to the care and nursing teams
- Ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care that meets individual needs
- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, rotas, and financial performance
- Lead on recruitment, training, and staff development to build a motivated, high-performing team
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders to enhance the home's community reputation
- Develop and implement tailored care plans, audits, and risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across all areas of the service
