Nursing Home Manager – Nurse Qualified
Up to £65,000 | Full-time | Residential, Nursing & Dementia Care
Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their stunning care home that supports older adults with residential, nursing, and dementia needs. What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with valid NMC pin
- Prior experience as a Registered Home Manager in a nursing home setting
- Demonstrated ability to achieve Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Compassionate leadership style and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people, performance, and clinical quality effectively
