Registered Home Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

We’re working with a growing care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for one of their well-established nursing homes. They are committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. If you’re passionate about achieving high CQC ratings, inspiring your team, and making a genuine difference, this role could be your next step.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC or Level 5 Health and Social Care
  • Successful experience as a Registered Home Manager, ideally with turnaround achievements and “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC results
  • Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Confident in financial and operational management, including budgeting and resource planning
  • Committed to delivering the highest standards of elderly care

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and support care and nursing teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, rotas, and budgets
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing, engaged team
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor personalised care plans, audits, and risk assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards across the service
