Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Part-Time – Nursing Home
Salary: Up to £23.80
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Our client is looking for an experienced Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their nursing home team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (Adult) or Registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred care during night shifts.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid NMC registration as an RGN (Registered General Nurse – Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse).
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, planning, and care delivery skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Confidence using medical equipment and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Build respectful and trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Offer reassurance and emotional support during the night.
- Monitor changes in residents’ health and report concerns promptly.
