Our client, a luxury nursing home for older adults, is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated team. This elegant, purpose-built service provides exceptional care in a warm, respectful, and inclusive environment, where both residents and staff are truly valued.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified carer who is confident in a senior role and passionate about delivering person-centred care. The home’s focus on quality, dignity, and individualised support creates a positive, team-focused culture with opportunities to grow and develop.

 

What They’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Carer or in a similar role within elderly care
  • A kind, proactive approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to high standards
  • Reliable and flexible, able to work across a 7-day rota

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised care to residents during day shifts
  • Support care staff through guidance, mentoring, and daily leadership
  • Act as a key person in care planning, ensuring accuracy and compassion
  • Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain care documentation to a high standard
  • Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing in all aspects of care
  • Assist with training and induction for new care staff
